In South Africa … Malibu resident Howdy Kabrins is still in Cape Town … watching the murder trial of his daughter … Malibu native Gabriella Kabrins Alban.
The trail has spanned 100 days …
the defendant is Diego Novella … a millionaire playboy from Guatemala who admits he killed Gabriella Kabrins Alban.
He says he was blinded by narcotics … and therefore innocent.
The South Africa judicial system has ground on and on and on.
Novella was arrested on July 29, 2015, after his girlfriend’s body was discovered in the hotel room they were sharing at the luxurious Camps Bay Retreat Boutique Hotel.
Kabrins tells the African News Agency that his mission to get justice for his daughter will be realized.
And has “total confidence in the judge”.
He hopes Novella will spend his life behind bars, but says it won’t relieve the pain of losing Gabriela.
