The Japanese nuclear reactor explosion a few years back has apparently meant that the radiation from that event will hit California and, as such, Malibu beaches, sometime this year. If true, a great protection is nascent iodine, a glycerite. I am no chemist, but please note that iodine, if taken in too large quantities, is also dangerous. Please investigate this matter further. Hopefully, I am wrong.
