The Pepperdine Waves have a full slate of games coming up this weekend.
First up, men’s basketball plays at 1 p.m. Saturday in Malibu against Saint Mary’s. The Waves will be looking for their 8th win in conference play while trying to have their best season in almost a decade.
Also at 1 p.m. Saturday, women’s tennis takes on the San Diego State Aztecs. In their home opener, the Waves will try for their second win of the young season.
Women’s basketball will be facing Portland at 2 p.m. on Saturday and hopes to break an 8-game losing streak. The Waves haven’t won a game since January 2.
Men’s volleyball rounds out the Saturday at 7 p.m., taking on UC Santa Barbara. After their shutout of #1 UCLA Wednesday, the Waves are looking to build off of that strong performance and keep an undefeated record at home (4-0).
On Sunday, the #6-ranked women’s golf team tees off in the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge, which marks the start of the season for the Waves. They’ll shoot for their 4th victory at the event.
