Partnering with the local Boys and Girls Club and Malibu High School, the Malibu Baha’i Community selects annual honorees who have passion for community outreach. Past recipients of the Malibu Baha’i Community scholarship include, Misael Espinoza (‘13), Chris Navarro (‘12) and Alexis Gallegos (‘15). This year’s honoree was Ingrid Espinoza ‘16. The group gathered to share college stories and future goals. The first generation college students serve as role models to other BGCM teens while visiting or working as summer interns.
