Extended construction will limit two separate roads in Malibu for the next several weeks.
Webb Way’s two southbound right lanes will be closed on Sept. 14 for six to eight weeks. The road will be reduced to one northbound and southbound lane. Traffic will be able to turn right, left or go straight through the intersection.
The road will be closed for tunneling work occurring north of Pacific Coast Highway for the Wastewater Treatment Facility; however, no lanes on PCH will be closed.
The 19700 block of PCH near Big Rock Drive may experience intermittent closures over the next several weeks as Caltrans works on preventing slope erosion in that area.
The work is meant to be consolidated to the shoulder of PCH, but may periodically close the lane when moving equipment or as necessary. This work will continue until October.
