Fallen Firefighter Honored

People gathered Sunday morning on the Kanan Road overpass, with fire departments from Los Angeles, Ventura County, Yosemite and Santa Monica, as well as California Highway Patrol deputies. They await the funeral procession—from Ventura to San Diego—for CalFire Engineer Cory Iverson, who died battling the Thomas Fire, the second-largest fire in California history.
