The public is invited to a meeting on Nov. 10 to prepare ideas for the celebration of Malibu’s 20th anniversary as a city in March. Malibu became a city on March 28, 1991. Since March 28 in 2011 falls on a Monday, the celebration will most likely take place the day before. The organizational meeting will take place at the Michael Landon Center at Bluffs Park, located at 24250 Pacific Coast Highway.
