The Children’s Creative Workshop hosted “space week” to introduce preschoolers to the concept of space, with everything from planets and their rotation to moon phases. Each child made his or her own space helmet and spacecraft. The kids also participated in the creation of the box spaceship and the indoor loft spaceship.
The preschoolers were introduced to many space songs and spent several hours “flying” in their spaceships.
