We always knew you supported development, but do you support development that seeks to bypass the rules?

I refer to Pat Healy’s detailed list of excesses. In addition to excessive size, one of my favorite violations counts ivy growing on a concrete wall as open green space. The developer would not be subject to a public vote if he were willing to play by the rules.
