Our young neighbor, Mark Osborn, was tragically killed this week by a speeding driver who veered out of control. The speed limit is 45 miles an hour. Please remember that fact and Mark as you drive between Las Flores and Big Rock. Too many people pass us going much faster. The only solution is to try to get the speed reduced to a 35 miles per hour zone. This is a residential neighborhood. Remember Mark as you drive by Los Flores Beach. Mark was a lovely, gifted human being.
