“Those who are apprehensive about the future will vote ‘no,’ while the optimists like me will vote ‘yes,’” Arnold York said in his column “Why voting matters” regarding Measure W from the Nov. 5 edition of The Malibu Times.

You got it backwards, pal.

It’s the apprehensive who voted “yes” and the optimists like me who voted “no.” 

We know that beauty is priceless, and that money clutters and obliterates the view.

And, you are putting too much sour cream on your taco.
