Susan Emerling-Torres, who has served on the Inner-City Arts’ Board of Directors since 2003, is being recognized for her dedication to the organization’s mission and her advocacy for greater access to arts education.

The foundation will host its 2016 Imagine Awards ceremony on Oct. 15.
