Malibu has been ranked the 29th most expensive zip code in the nation for 2015, according to a list compiled by Forbes.com. The list was formed using data from Altos Research that examines median home price data from over 29,500 U.S. zip codes.
The 90265 zip code positioned itself near the top of the list with a median home price of $3,725,335, an average of 180 days on the market and a current inventory of 257 homes.
