I just heard that MRCA [Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority] / Joe Edmiston are planning a large scale development up Puerco Canyon with 300-400 expected car trips per day every day to a camping area.
We really need to protect Malibu from overdevelopment if we want it to remain the beautiful place it is. I don’t think the community is aware that this is scheduled to happen so that’s why I’m writing here.
The MRCA, it seems to me, is abusing its power and not aligning with the community, so the community needs to step up.
