Southern California Edison has three scheduled power outages for Malibu residents from Sunday, Sept. 27 through Wednesday, Sept. 30, according to information provided by the City of Malibu.
SCE outages will impact the following areas:
Overnight Sept. 27-28:
- Inland Lane, Cool Oak Way, Pinnacle Way, Seaboard Road, Royal Stone Drive, Rockport Way, Roca Chica Drive, Seamoor Drive and Piedra Chica Road
Sept. 28:
- North side of Phillip Avenue, west of Cuthbert Road
Sept 30:
- North and East Saddlepeak and South and West Little Las Flores
The outages will allow SCE workers to upgrade aging infrastructure, make needed improvements and complete other repairs to increase system reliability in the future. Various conditions could change or postpone the electrical work, according to SCE.
