Supermodel and local mom Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber sold their Malibu home for a cool $13.3 million after buying it for nearly half the price in 2014.
Crawford’s Malibu home was listed for $15.5 million after undergoing a significant remodeling less than a year after the couple purchased the property for $6 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Situated on nearly one and a half acres of woodland in the Point Dume neighborhood, the home features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and beautiful oak flooring. Within the 3,651 square foot residence there are stunning fireplaces, a media/family room and a kitchen complete with an island for food prepping.Â
The grounds features an expansive lawn, a private path to Little Dume beach and multiple patios.
If that wasn’t enough, the new owners will be living next to celebrities such as Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kenny G.
Crawford and Gerber own multiple properties in Malibu.
In local news, Crawford was vocal in supporting the removal of toxins known as PCBs from schools in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. She went so far as to offer to fund further comprehensive testing for PCBs with her own personal finances.Â
