I loved Pam Linn’s column in support of public use of our beaches. Hear. Hear. When I moved to California in 1960 (from landlocked Oklahoma), the beaches were a wonder to me. I was also moved by their egalitarian availability. What a great State, I thought. The beaches are for everybody and cars stop for pedestrians.
Let it always be that way.
