High Winds Knock Out City’s Phone Lines

The City of Malibu’s phone lines were knocked out Friday morning due to heavy winds in Malibu. As of 2 p.m., the lines had been restored.

While crews worked to repair the outage, a temporary phone line was set up for locals to phone in.
