Woman Vandalizes Colony Shopping Plaza

A homeless woman was seen vandalizing property at the Colony Shopping Plaza on Pacific Coast Highway Sunday morning.  The woman, wearing heavy winter clothes and a wool cap, was seen knocking over seven planters in front of Ollo restaurant around 8:45 a.m.  Witnesses said the woman casually walked away from the scene.  No one was injured.  Property management righted the planters within the hour, though the pots were all damaged by that time.  

No word yet on whether the suspect has been taken into custody.
