The first annual Jolly Holiday Bazaar, hosted by Arlene Van Dyke, was held at Serra Retreat on Sunday. Over 20 vendors came out to sell their unique crafted items, including pottery by actor Barry Bostwick, a collection of Dick Van Dyke memorabilia, jewelry and lotions. Dick Van Dyke signed books, sang songs and posed for “Pics with St. Dick.”
Arlene Van Dyke said she drew inspiration from her mom for the event.
“My mom used to be involved with bazaars at our church when I was a kid and I’ve always wanted to host one,” she said. “I love to bring artists and community together.”
The festive event included live music by the Evergreen Trio and food from Midnight Mission and Godmother Catering.
