On time and on target, transparently and judiciously, the View Preservation Task Force has professionally and democratically drafted a View Restoration and Preservation ordinance, consistent with the overwhelming voter approval last year of Measure E. calling for such an ordinance.
It has done its job. It is now time for the City Council to stop impugning the process and do its job, and actuate Measure E.
