I owe Rick Wallace an apology. From the end of Point Dume looking east on a very clear winter day, if you see a narrow band of white on the horizon, it would be snow along the crest of the San Bernardino Mountains in the vicinity of Lake Arrowhead about 95 miles away. Nobody’s perfect.
