Academy-Award winning actress Goldie Hawn and her longtime companion, Kurt Russell, have sold their Malibu home for $9.5 million, according to Zillow. The Broad Beach home was listed two years ago for $14.8 million and “has been on and off the market since the late-1990s,” according to Huffington Post.
The 4200-square-foot home contains a total of four bedrooms, two in a detached guest house, and 4.5 bathrooms. Hawn and Russell’s two-story home has a gated courtyard and also contains a screening room and an office. According to the LA Times, “the Balinese-inspired house backs up to sand dunes and the ocean,” and the master bedroom “features floor-to ceiling windows and a beachfront balcony.”
The home was built in 1978 and renovated in 2005.
Hawn won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role as Toni Simmons in the 1969 film “Cactus Flower.” Hawn and Russell have been a couple since 1993 and have one child together, Wyatt Russell.
