The Great American Costume Sale For Charity will take place Saturday, with 100 percent of the pro ceeds going to help children in need in the Malibu community. Adult and children’s costumes will be available at the sale, which is being organized by a group of locals.
Volunteers can also donate gen tly used adult and children’s cos tumes prior to the sale. Costumes can be dropped off at collection bins at Point Dume Marine Science School, Webster Elementary School and Juan Cabrillo Elementary School. The costume sale takes place Oct. 12 at Point Dume Marine Science School, 6955 Fernhill Dr., from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
