In a recent study conducted by real estate blog PropertyShark, five of Malibu’s neighborhoods made the top 10 list of priciest neighborhoods for homeowners in the LA County area. Malibu Colony Beach took the top spot on the list with a median sale price of over $15 million per house. Other notable Malibu neighborhoods included Cove Colony, Broad Beach, Point Dume and Malibu Park. Other cities to make the top 10 were Bradbury, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.
