Annual Malibu Art Festival Approaches

Malibu Arts Festival

The Malibu Chamber of Commerce will feature over 200 artists in front of the Malibu Civic Center at the 43rd annual Malibu Arts Festival on July 26-27 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers and other unique artisans will showcase their work through out the weekend with opportunities for visitors to meet with artists during the festival.

A pancake breakfast will be provided both mornings by The Optimist Club of Malibu from 8-11 a.m.

Children can create their own artwork at workshops hosted by Pepperdine University’s Center for the Arts and the Malibu Library will have children’s programming during the festival.

The festival will also have an entertainment stage with daily performances from local musicians and a food truck terrace offering menus to pique every palate.

In addition to the artists, Chamber of Commerce members will have the opportunity to promote their businesses and network with the community in the Chamber Village.

Admission is free and there is limited free parking. A lot adjacent to the festival site will offer $10 parking.
