Last Friday, Webster Elementary School held its annual Math Field Day as a culmination of the forth and fifth grade Math Club participants who committed extra time each week in a math enrichment program. The students started the day off early with a pancake breakfast, participated in math olympiad problem solving activities that included the highlight of the event — the 5th grade egg drop competition. Young math lovers enjoyed a pizza lunch with popsicles. Math Club and Math Field Day are enthusiastically led by Pamela Held, Mike Kisskalt and Craig Foster.Â
