The CART (Community Assistance and Resource Team) homeless advocacy group has coordinated with the UCLA Mobile Eye Clinic to provide free eye exams, free eyeglasses to children and a variety of basic eye care services for those in need. The UCLA Mobile Eye Clinic will be at the Malibu Library for four hours on Saturday, July 23, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.Â
