Measure G … the marijuana ordinance rewrite written by the one remaining marijuana dispensary in Malibu … passed by a huge margin.

Measured G got 68.5% yes votes in Malibu.

It overrides the Malibu city council’s ban on marijuana deliveries within city limits. 

Under the new rule … only businesses that are licensed by the city of Malibu can be allowed to deliver marijuana to peoples homes.

Only one problem ….

One of those two monopoly companies has apparently gone out of business.

That leaves the High Tide Collective as the monopoly marijuana dealer in Malibu… for now.
