Susan Shaw Noble, the city of Malibu’s capital campaign consultant, and Phil Noble were married on a private Malibu beach on July 9. Phil Noble’s children-Keller, a senior at the University of Colorado, and Darrow, a Colorado Mountain College sophomore, served as maid of honor and best man.
Phil Noble is an organizational development expert. Susan Shaw, who produced the Malipalooza 2007 event for the city, coordinated the private-donor fundraising campaign for the municipal acquisition of the Chili Cook-Off site and is in charge of seeking private donations for the development of the property.
