The Malibu Senior Center and Assemblymember Richard Bloom will host a free Senior Scam Stopper Seminar on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. at Malibu City Hall.
A panel of experts will share information on fraud prevention, identity theft and more to help attendees avoid becoming one of the millions of senior citizens nationwide who fall victim to scams. The experts will be avail able to answer questions and give assistance to seniors who have been scam victims.
The seminar will be followed by a free, reservation-only lunch sponsored by Atria Park in Pacific Palisades.
