The following is a response to a recent news brief

In a statement issued by its lawyers, Peter Haviland and Robert Meloni, Sybersound said: Sybersound’s campaign to end piracy in the karaoke industry will continue. Copyright infringement lawsuits against karaoke distributors like UAV and Madacy brought by song owners like Chuck Berry and Logorhythm Music are unaffected by this decision and are going forward to trial in August of this year. We expect more publishers to file suit. Sybersound will continue to shine a bright light on the failure of so many karaoke companies to obtain licenses from 100% of music publishers for the songs they copy. We will appeal from the district court’s technical order, which does not contest the facts we have asserted.”
