Malibu resident Mimi Magnuson (right) and Vicki Fish of Westlake Village are serving as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Ventura County’s co-chairs of its second annual gala at the North Ranch Country Club on March 28. CASA helps raise funds and awareness for abused, neglected or abandoned court-dependent children through volunteer work.
