Universal Pictures chairman Adam Fogelson and his wife Hillary have listed their Malibu beach home for $6.25 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Located on La Costa Beach, the 1,628-square-foot cottage-style home boasts two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 40 feet of beach frontage. The single-story home has a private courtyard and an ocean view from every room, according to the Reporter.
The couple has only owned their Malibu home since April 2012 when they purchased it for $5.35 million.
Fogelson has served as Universal Pictures chairman since 2009.
