After about five hours of the power being out in what seemed to be all of Malibu on Monday, Oct. 15, we called the power company and were told we were the first ones to complain about an outage in Malibu. When asked if this was a planned outage, the answer was “we don’t know.” When asked if it was a specific location causing the outage: “We don’t know.” Asked when the power would be restored: Again, “We don’t know.”
It is how now twilight and still no answers. Should we go gently into the night or rage on?
