Malibu resident Gary S. Greene and his orchestra, LA Lawyers Philharmonic, took home a gold medal in the history category at an international radio competition, the New York Festivals International Radio Program Awards. The group, comprised of lawyers, judges, law students and legal staff, performed the original Bernard Herrmann music for a remake of Norman Corwin’s “We Hold These Truths,” which was played on the radio to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Bill of Rights.
