Film and TV producer Brian Grazer closed the sale on his Malibu Colony home this week for a cool $17.38 million.
The three-story home was first put on the market in 2011, but according to the LA Times, the sale of the five-bedroom mansion, complete with art studio, media room, gym and indoor pool, is now finally a done deal. The price tag makes it the second-largest sale in the local Multiple Listing Service since the start of the year.
Grazer, who co-founded Imagine Entertainment with Ron Howard, is known for producing popular television shows such as “Friday Night Lights” and “Arrested Development.” He owned the Mediterranean-style Malibu Colony house for 10 years, purchasing it in 2003 for $13.5 million.
He closed on a home in Santa Monica in 2012.
