Protestors against the Lagoon Restoration Project have camped out on the corner of PCH and Cross Creek Rd., they are determined not to leave till the Lagoon Restoration Project is stopped. To their disappointment, the Malibu Lagoon Bulldozing began Wednesday June 13th.
The protestors hung American flags upside down to signal duress, immediate help needed. But help has not arrived and the protestors camp is quite. Although the corner of PCH and Cross Creek Rd. is still covered in signs and flags, the chairs are empty, the sounds of snapping trees and bulldozers seemingly silenced those opposing the project- for now.
The Malibu Lagoon Restoration Project is scheduled to be a six month project.
