Coast Guard officials intercepted a panga boat carrying 52 bails of marijuana off of Leo Carrillo State Beach in Malibu early Thursday morning, CBS reported.
Authorities spotted the small boat around 9 a.m. and chased the boat down for about 30 minutes before stopping it about five miles south of the Leo Carrillo Beach coast. Two men were arrested following pursuit from two Coast Guard boats and a helicopter.Â
