Mayor Pro Tem Pamela Conley Ulich was the top money raiser for the second City Council campaign period, covering Feb. 24 to March 22. The race’s only incumbent collected $8,495, bringing her total to $18,745. She also loaned her campaign $94 during this past period, adding to the $500 she gave herself during the first session.
In total money raised, Conley Ulich still trails Planning Commissioner John Sibert ($24,995) and Board of Education member Kathy Wisnicki ($24,556). Sibert raised $8,075 during the second period and Wisnicki took in $6,867.
Sibert loaned himself $2,000 during the first statement period.
Susan Tellem raised $4,500 during the recent period to bring her total to $8,050. She also loaned her campaign a total of $7,000, including $5,000 during the second period. Jefferson “Zuma Jay” Wagner earned $5,615 for the second frame for a total $10,065. He had loaned himself $2,000 during the first statement period.
Although he is nowhere close to the biggest money raiser of the campaign, Wagner has had the most expensive campaign at $19,351. Of that, $9,156 remains unpaid. Wagner’s cash balance as of March 22 is $1,870.
No other candidate has a debt.
Sibert ranks second in campaign expenditures with $18,583, including $4,748 this past period. Next is Wisnicki with $17,291, including $11,037 during the second period. Conley Ulich follows her with $15,532, including $11,068 for the second period. Tellem has had the cheapest campaign, spending $13,993, including $8,057 during the second period.
Candidates are allowed to collect up to $250 from each donor.
