The City of Malibu is partnering with the American Red Cross to host its annual blood drive.
All donors will receive a coupon for a free citrus slaw taco from Wahoo’s and a voucher for two free tickets to the Laugh Factory.
The American Red Cross must be prepared to respond to patient emergencies with blood products 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are currently not enough donors scheduling appointments to avoid the possibility of a local blood shortage.
The event will take place in the Multipurpose Room at Malibu City Hall, 23825 Stuart Ranch Rd. on Thursday, June 5, at 10 a.m. To schedule an appointment or for more information, call the Malibu Senior Center at 310.456.2489 ext. 357.
