Strong winds and cool temperatures continued Thursday as Malibu is under a Hazardous Weather Outlook, according to the National Weather Service. Winds were blowing at 18 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph at 10 a.m. in Malibu, and temperatures are expected to drop overnight to below 40 degrees. The wind is expected to cause “difficult driving conditions,” according to the NWS. The cold temperatures are expected to last through Wednesday morning next weak, with a chance of precipitation on Saturday and Sunday.
