Ms. Jeffers must accept that Donald J. Trump was elected to turn the “system as usual” on its head, to reduce the size of government and, inter alia, build The Wall. For once, we have an elected official who speaks plainly and keeps his word. Those who are unhappy have an agenda that includes scads of illegal aliens, crime and drugs flooding the land. No thank you. Please observe that at no time does Ms. Jeffers support The Wall. She seems more concerned about what her country can do for her than what she can do for it.
As for Mr. York, he seems to have forgotten the most basic elements of journalism 101. While he may “suspect that he’s (Trump) sorely disappointed,” one cannot tell just which SCOTUS opinions Mr. York thinks have displeased our commander in chief. No surprise there, I guess. Liberals of whatever vintage seem unwilling or unable to have rational, intelligent, unemotional discourse when it comes their precious agenda items. Sadly, few of them have to do with protecting this nation as it was founded.
Come 2020, Mr. York will still be crying the blues as Mr. Trump embarks upon his second term. Sometimes you can tell who you are and what your worth by the folks who resist you at all costs. MAGA.
