Today is election day and sadly, I did not make time to vote, which, is my duty, of course. However, had I voted, it would have been for the candidate that would promise to begin to pay off the City of Malibu’s debt.
Everyone is (correctly) talking about the overflow of visitors to Paradise Cove and the bicycle problem on PCH. When will it become mandatory for bicycles to ride single-file on PCH? Who will be the next fatality? It is so sad that one of these days, the next rider will die.
Lastly, they are talking about the pollution at the high school.
When a candidate comes along who will work only to repay the city’s debt, then I will vote again.
