Late Jerry Perenchio Properties Up For Sale

The late Jerry Perenchio, known as the CEO of Univision and one of Malibu’s largest property owners, is back in the news as eight parcels of residential and commercial land go up for sale, according to Curbed Los Angeles.

The properties in question include:

• An almost 19-acre commercial lot in Point Dume
• A 3.5-acre residential parcel next to Perenchio’s donated golf course
• A 1.82-acre residential space on Broad Beach
• A 25-acre residential land near Trancas Canyon
• A 4.4-acre space above Malibu Colony
• Three separate lots--totalling  18 acres--around Legacy Park

According to Curbed Los Angeles, the properties will be sold as a package deal; the exact price has not been set.
