Liz Roberts introduces her baby Mia to “Abstract Impact.”

It was a sultry summer evening celebration at Tracy Park’s PCH POP UP for the artists behind “Abstract Impact” last weekend.

Malibu locals and visitors strolled around the gallery checking out the diverse mixed media artworks, including one using 25-cent coin rolls.

Most of the Malibu-based artists were on hand to greet guests and answer questions.

Longtime gallery owner and art aficionado Tracy Park wanted to support local artists and decided to open an art gallery in Malibu more than a year and a half ago—PCH POP UP.

Park looks forward to showcasing more talent in the years to come.

“Great to see some of my favorite abstract artists all under one roof,” Park shared. “I’m so happy to be able to feature our local talent.” The energy was high at this festive bash; friends sipped on drinks, listened to DJ Rike Boomgaarden spinning and bathed in the beauty of this magical Malibu summer night.

“Abstract Impact” will be on display through the end of August.
