City: open your ears to park design

I live up the hill past the site of the proposed Trancas Park. I will probably never use the park. I’m aware there are two factions arguing about elements of the project, but I don’t know any of the people involved nor the specifics of their concerns as the letters in the local newspapers are very long and my eyes glaze over. However, it appears silly that somebody is suggesting that it is “too late” to consider all proposals. This isn’t a sixth grade homework deadline. All ideas should be considered even if they are “late” in coming. Take five points off for tardiness and then start listening.
