Members of the Malibu Homelessness Working Group go before the Malibu city public works commission this afternoon at 5.  They are proposing that 10 homeless people sleeping in their cars in Malibu be allowed to park every night … between P C H and the beach.  https://www.radiomalibu.net/homeless-campers-at-beachfront-lot/

Another idiot had to be cut out of his Lambo last night.

This one was in younger idiot.

A teenaged driver apparently lost control of his black Lamborghini at about 810 last night.

This was in Calabasas … just east Las Virgenes Road on Mureau Road … the frontage road along the 101 freeway 13 miles north of Malibu.

The Lamborghini hit a tree with enough force to split it in half.

Stu Mandel at CBS 2 reported the driver was a teenager.

He was flown out to a hospital in critical critical condition, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

A tourist from Connecticut pleaded no contest yesterday for driving drunk with his two sons in his SUV … running a red light … and smashing into a Metro Expo line train last year.

Anthony Manual Beltran entered the plea to one felony count of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage causing injury … causing great bodily injury.

Beltran was immediately sentenced to 469 days already served in jail, five years of formal probation, nine months of alcohol classes and one year of parenting classes.

Last April … Beltran drove with his two sons through a red light on Lincoln Boulevard at Colorado Avenue.

His blood alcohol content was .27% at the time it was measured.
