The fast approach of El Niño has caused concern about the possibility of serious storms this winter. In response to these concerns, Malibu Emergency Services Coordinator Brad Davis is leading “El Niño is Coming: Are You Prepared?” — a conversation on what the City of Malibu is doing and what individuals can do to prepare for El Niño-induced storms.
