Pechera, pictured at Pepperdine University campus, is now cancer free, after she found a partial match in bone marrow donor Kent Wong. She has been promoting the bone marrow registry drive at the university taking place this week with a YouTube video PSA that details her ordeal in dealing with the cancer and in finding a donor.
